Waiting game in Tenerife..
5th in the Single Elimination in Tenerife šāāļø
I am happy with my sailing in the quarterfinals š I found good waves, felt on it and advanced to the semifinals only 0.33 of a point behind an on fire @alexiakiefer
In the semis the conditions changed, the tide was much lower and I struggled to find longer running waves.. in the end I missed out on the final by 0.6 point behind @line_wittrup who had a charger heat š„
It remains a mystery why we didn't add a jump for the women while the male heats prior and after were announced to be counting a jump ahead of time. I was also stacked on 4.2 and guy were pulling off huge jumps including doubles. I hope this doesn't happen again and woman division will be treated professionally.
All the gear was working great and I was looking forward to try to battle it out in the double elimination. Unfortunately the conditions didn't play ball and we didn't get to finish the competition...
