Here's a few clips from my late August/eraly September trip to Pozo. We were lucky enough to score some waves (pretty much first swell in Pozo this summer!).

We didn't get the best conditions, but a great camera man was available so we tried to squeeze the most of it. :)) Thanks for filming Matthias Reich :) Loving my new set up with a small Flikka custom (the fin boxes are a bit closer together on this one and it makes the board very turny!). I came 2nd in the single elimination and defended it in the double elimination. I then managed to come second in Tenerife again and take the lead in the overall PWA Wave World Tour Ranking for 2019 with 2 events to go. It has all been a dream come true for me and still feels like a dream. Check out how it all happened in my comp update video. Make sure to watch till the end for the crash part in the outtakes. Here's a clip from my quick session on a Sunday morning before (all) the crowds got to Pozo. It was 3.3m2 wind for me and just some small waves left around, but fun as always. I love being here and playing in the Pozo Wind Park every day. Edit from the bigger day are coming soon (when I get a hold of the footage) :) I hope you enjoy it and I hope you're getting some wind where you are too!

What would you name the last move? 😂🤣 Pozo cranked up the wind strength to level hurricane 🌀 today and I was back on 3.0! It’s still very flat and choppy, not making it easy to find a wave to ride or jump off (while slaloming between gazylion people 😅), but we really can’t complain! A fun Pozo afternoon session from the end of May 🌊 🌅 Looking back it’s amazing just how many windy days I’ve scored during my 1.5 months here in Gran Canaria. I was loving this competition prep time, sailing almost every day (twice a day) and pushing myself hard! I felt really great on the water, most consistent I’ve ever been and I couldn’t wait for the @grancanariawindsurfworldcup to start! I pushed a little bit too hard last Friday though and unfortunately hurt my foot on a wave 😭😖 I had to swap training with @dr_windsurf for working with foot Doctors over the last week as we are trying to asses if I will be able to compete.. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞
