Big thank you goes to @maelicherel and everyone at @windsurfwa for organising and running Nationals in Geraldton - the most epic competition ground I could imagine.
Congratulations to Maeli for second (she pushed me hard in the final), @nathalie.joachim for 3rd and @emily_sardo for 4th. I’m hearing we will have some of them join @pwaworldtour next year and surely cause a few upsets! 💃
I also competed in the Australian Open Category as the only girl and managed to go through my first heat of the single elimination in strong 3.7 winds and a few more hits in the double elimination placing 7th overall in Australia 😃 I got stopped by my friend @christoph_heppeler who turned out to be a competition machine busting all the big moves!
Congrats to him and all the winners in all fleets especially the juniors who were ripping it up!
